Lynlee Ltd Care Services is a health and social care provider with it’s headquarters based in West Yorkshire, Huddersfield, United Kingdom that specializes in the provision of domiciliary and supported living with personal care. Our service is bespoke, person-centred and is driven by the needs of our service users and customers. It is our primary goal to provide a safe service for our service users where they can thrive and realise their full potential as adults and responsible citizens.
We aim to provide a social care service for 10 service users aged 18 to 65+ years old (6 in domiciliary care and 4 in semi supported living during) our first year of operation. Our plan is to hit a target of 70 service users over the next 5 years.
Our supported living initial area of operation will be in Kirklees County governed by Kirklees Council in West Yorkshire comprising of eight towns of Batley, Birstall, Cleckheaton, Dewsbury, Heckmondwike, Holmfirth, Huddersfield, Mirfield and Slaithwaite.
Lynlee Ltd care services will operate a 24/7 service.
Our proud history
Lynlee Ltd Care Services is a private limited company which started operating in December 2016 by providing care services to public sector organisations, care agencies and to private clients. Now we intend to provide domiciliary care and supported living services where we will offer a comprehensive, flexible, personal support and care service to our service users in their own homes, so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life.
We will also provide accommodation for adults aged between 18 and 65+ years old with various life challenges in a safe environment to enhance their development and transition into independent living and adulthood for young adults. For young adults leaving care, our aim is to develop their life skills and knowledge so that they become self-sufficient and to be able to move on to live independently.
Our service will also include support for people who are fully mobile and physically fit but have dementia and require assistance with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning. Our staff will be well trained and equipped to support service users who require home-based services and supported living care.
Our mission and vision
Lynlee is committed to providing high-quality health care services to individual clients and their families, as well as to other healthcare organizations in need of supplemental staffing (such as certified home health and hospice agencies, health plans, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities).
Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art and compassionate in-home care from highly-trained medical professionals and aides. To make good on this promise, proper training is paramount. Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we provide them with in-depth disease-specific training so that they can deliver specialized care to our clients.
At Lynlee, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life. This ethos is at the heart of everything we do.
We provide everyone we support with the opportunity to continue to live life to the full. We actively encourage Service Users to become more self-reliant, to make decisions for themselves, and ultimately, to move on to more independent living arrangements.
We facilitate and support our Service Users to pursue meaningful and personalised lifestyles. We provide individually planned education & leisure opportunities to support each individual in their ongoing development.
